Warranty

SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ guarantees that each product sold by us is free from defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product, or for the maximum period indicated in the return policies.

EXCLUSION OF COVERAGE

The following are excluded from coverage under this warranty:

  • Products purchased external to SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™.
  • Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
  • Damage resulting from prolonged use or wear.
  • Damage resulting from handling or a customer modification.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.
  • Consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, and/or special damages.

This warranty is exclusively provided by SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ in relation to the product and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

In the event of an approved return or refund, the Product must be shipped prepaid and insured (SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ assumes no responsibility for the products during shipment by the customer to our warranty department and shipping costs are non-refundable).

If SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ determines that the product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired. All determinations made by SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ shall be within the sole discretion of SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ and shall be final.

 

Return and Refund Policy

SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ has a 30-day return policy. You may return your merchandise to SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ within 30 days of receipt of your product. Refunds will be made to the source used to make the original payment or given in store credit.

The shipment will only be returned if the merchandise is defective or there was an error in the shipment. The shipping cost will not be refunded in cases of personal dislikes or size problems. In the event that the model to be returned is no longer available for return, a product of equal value may be ordered.

SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ return policy only applies to orders placed directly with SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™ and will not accept returns on merchandise purchased from retail stores or other sources. The products cannot be used or washed and must present the original labels attached to the product. Please make sure to follow the washing and handling instructions carefully as returns or exchanges due to product washing errors are not admissible.

 

TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send us an email at info@sk7usa.com or contact us to obtain a RN (Return Number). Please include your order number.

To get a RN you need
the order number and date of purchase;
tell us what you are returning and why it is being returned;
record the RN, if applicable, for details for your future reference.

If your request is approved, we will send you the shipping label or the address to which you must send the package, and we will coordinate the shipping costs and reimbursement of capital, in respective cases.

To send the product back to SK7® by 707 Tactical Gear™, please take the following steps:

Include a copy of your proof of purchase or receipt;
include a brief description of the problem;
includes the RN;
mark or identify the defect with a piece of tape (if applicable);
print the RN clearly on the outside of the box;
ship the product to the address provided.

Credit will be given once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
